Love BT posted this on the internet:
In the OCA, and before that, the Russian Metropolia, candidates for ordination must, just prior (usually on the eve) to the actual laying on of hands, have made a full life confession to their (or a) spiritual father. They must also take an oath before the precious Cross and the book of Gospels. They must certify to this on a certificate. Below the place for a candidate to sign, there’s a block labelled “Certificate of Spiritual Father”, in which is space for about five lines of typing and then a line onto which the Priest who heard the life confession puts his signature. For an ordination to proceed, the Spiritual Father must state in that block that he has heard the life’s confession of the candidate. It is expected (and found on 99 per cent of the certificates on file at the Chancery and in the Archives) that the Priest will add the words, “and there are no impediments to ordination”. After that block, there’s a block for the ordaining Bishop, of the same size, into which the Bishop enters, “I, N, Bishop of N ordained X to the Holy Priesthood/Diaconate at X date and at X parish”. Then, he signs it.
I was astonished one day, when reading through my diocesan personnel files, which I was reorganising, to find the following remark by an Archpriest, now retired and living in Minnesota, which went like this, “I’ve heard the confession of X. He has (my caps) REPENTED OF ALL CANONICAL IMPEDIMENTS”. I think that merits several exclamation points, because the man was ordained anyhow, and is now a learned archimandrite and candidate for a vacant see in the OCA. The ordaining Bishop fell asleep years ago, so there’s no way to confront him and ask him, “Did you actually READ this before you ordained X?”

Today, the OCA Holy Synod, acting quite canonically, elected Archimandrite Alexander Golitsyn to be the bishop of the OCA Bulgarian Diocese. Love BT then posted the following on the ‘net in response:
The man who repented of all canonical impediments was just elected to be a Bishop today.
That’s to say, Love BT accused the OCA Holy Synod of acting uncanonically and irregularly. If they let his accusation slide, they’ll have NO cred left whatsoever.
******
If Love BT shows up in Seattle, Bozhe moi, its going to be FIREWORKS. I’d say this, “Let Tikhon Fitzgerald prove his accusation via verifiable documentation. If he can’t do so, the Holy Synod should bust him down to being an ordinary priest. Love BT’s rumblings impugned the Holy Synod… he accused them of acting uncanonically. Let him prove his accusations by producing the requisite documentation… or depose him from the episcopate for having spit on the good name of the Church”. This guy is allowed to run rampant, hurting whomever he pleases. He’s a cruel and heartless man… he’s not barmy… he’s just a nasty piece of work. Why is it so hard to admit that there’s sin amongst us? Let him shut up or let him be gone. After all, he’s a senior cleric; the bar’s higher for them.
Oh, one last thing… Bobby K was vehemently opposed to the possibility of consecrating Archimandrite Alexander Golitsyn to the episcopacy. Bobby was loud about it in MANY venues. WALLS HAVE EARS, BOBBY… Bobby’s using Love BT the same way that Lyonyo uses Mark Stokoe. I think that BT and Mark are nothing but Stepin Fetchit sock-puppets for the two main protagonists.
THIS is why the OCA has to be put down as expeditiously as possible. No other REAL Local Church acts like this… we need an end to this charade… there’s no place like HOME…
