We broke the five million hits barrier today, I’ve been around for nearly five years, beginning in late 2007. Well, I’m still here at the same old stand, and I’m still posting… the next milestone is 7,500 posts, and that’s coming up shortly. God willing, I’ve earned your trust as a “reliable source”. I don’t pretend to be “even-handed”, for none of us is such, that’s the way of it. We all have a POV… I’m simply honest about it and I don’t lie about “objectivity”. That being said, I do my best to be honest and truthful, to bring you the best product that I can. You see, “the truth will set you free”… but you have to let it enter into you and drive out all the preconceptions. I do my best to do that… I hope that you will, too.
Thank you, all of you, for your support over the years. I especially thank my “Cabinet”… this isn’t a solo undertaking, for that’s not how Christians should act. I’ll do my best to be worthy of your trust. If there’s truth, I’ll post it… if there’s falsehood, I’ll expose it… if someone falls or becomes a target, I’ll be there… if someone gets “too big for their britches”, I’ll put a pin in their balloon. I’ll be there for you, as long as the Good Lord gives me health and vigour.
God love all of you and watch over you. Again, thank you… I’m humbled by it all…

Kids, oca.org is offline and kaput… it’s oopso. I tried to access it using Chrome and Firefox… no go. Deader than last year’s craze… flatter than last night’s beer… tits up, and in public, too. The only thing that you can get is a “cached” version of the site. Fun n’ games from Lyonyo & Co never cease, do they? I’ll retire to Bedlam with Mr Scrooge…

These goofballs are launching a petition now because senior people from the Centre are here to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the reconciliation of the ROCOR with the mother Church. Trust me, they’re not going to pay attention to such nonsense.
