This image is from the Christmas Readings in Moscow. It’s clear what the MP thinks of disabled clergy (at least, the mobility-impaired)… the answer’s “YES”. Any questions? HH is a big advocate of orphans, the ill, poor kids, and the disabled… now, THAT’S pastorality in all caps, kids (why didn’t the ROCOR main website carry HH’s Nativity message? It posted one of Potapov’s bootless and pointless rants (attacking a relative, no less!), after all)…
