16 March 2013. Some More Input on Mollard and Jillions Going to Rome

01-woman-writing

Here’s some more Cabinet input in re the Mollard/Jillions junket to Rome:

I’m not defending the OCA establishment, but the Vatican does indeed know who they are, and they’ve invited them as such. In the Vatican, unlike in a legitimate Orthodox setting, they don’t need to hide under Alfeyev‘s skirt. For instance, the Uniate seminary in Pittsburgh incorporates “The History of the OCA” in the syllabus of one its core courses. I may be wrong, but Feodosy Lazor and Lyonyo may have attended John Paul I‘s enthronement in 1978. You’ll have to check that out.

What need I add to the above… the person involved KNOWS what they’re talkin’ about… just sayin’…

16 March 2013. Fresh Intel on WHY Mollard and Jillions are REALLY Going to Francisco’s Installation in Rome

01 woman on phone

______________________________

I got this from one of the Inner Cabinet:

Mollard and Jillions will be travelling to Rome represent the OCA at Pope Francisco’s enthronement. It’s true that a bishop and at least one priest have attended previous papal enthronements on behalf of the OCA since 1970, but this is the first time the bishop has been the First Hierarch of the Church. This can only mean that Mollard and Jillions are seeking a neutral venue outside the Orthosphere for “unofficial” talks with Centre and/or Phanar officials who’d also be in Rome representing their respective Churches, as all the Eastern and Oriental Orthodox are usually seated together. In Metropolia days, they used WCC meetings for the same purpose. That was true even later… Pierre l’Huillier, for example, really went to the WCC Assembly held in Canberra in the early 1990s to “run into” certain other Orthodox hierarchs in attendance.

This needs no commentary from me. Read n’ heed…

There’s more to babas than just hugs and home-made pierogies… bad guys, watch out!

One of the grapevine sent this on:

A man tried to nick a baba’s purse at Ambridge‘s Holy Ghost Russian church… and she beat the hell of the crook with it!

There must be something in the water in Ambridge (which is near Pittsburgh PA)… don’t be messing with the babas there… you’ll just open up a can of whup-ass on yourself and you’ll be SORRY.

Venezuela Scraps Plans to Embalm Chávez

00 Chavez. Lying in state. Venezuela. 07.03.13

______________________________

On Friday, Venezuelan Communications Minister Emilio Ernesto Villegas Poljak said that the Venezuelan government decided not to embalm the body of late President Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías. Chávez, who ruled Venezuela for 14 years, died on March 5 at the age of 58 after a two-year-long fight with cancer. The Venezuelan government announced the possibility of his embalming two days after his death. Sr Villegas wrote in his Twitter blog on Friday night, “We’ve ruled out the idea of embalming the body of Comandante Chávez after a Russian medical commission report, although many Venezuelans had hoped for this option”. According Sr Villegas, the Russian experts said that Chávez’s body would have to go to Russia for seven to eight months for them to embalm it properly.

On Friday, thousands of Venezuelans escorted a black hearse carrying a casket with Chávez’s body on a 12-kilometre (7.5 miles) trip from the Military Academy to the Military Museum in Caracas. The honour guard placed the casket in a marble sarcophagus in the central hall of the museum. Access to the sarcophagus will be open on Saturday for those who want to pay tribute to the late Venezuelan president. Venezuela will hold snap presidential elections on 14 April. Miranda State Governor Henrique Capriles Radonski, who lost to Chávez by a narrow margin during last year’s elections, will oppose acting President Nicolás Maduro Moros, whom Chávez named his successor before undergoing the latest surgery in December.
