On Thursday, the Vatican said talks in Syria were “the only option” out of the conflict, following a meeting between Pope Francisco Bergoglio and Jordanian King Abdullah II. The Vatican said in a statement, “[The two] reaffirmed that the path of dialogue and negotiation between all components of Syrian society, with the support of the international community, is the only option to put an end to the conflict”. The statement also said that the pope and the king discussed the resumption of Palestinian-Israeli negotiations, the status of Jerusalem, and wider prospects for Middle East stability. The Vatican thanked King Abdullah for his commitment to inter-religious dialogue and said that he plans a conference in Amman next month on current challenges facing Christian minorities in the Middle East. The Vatican and all the main Christian leaders in the region urge dialogue in Syria, rejecting possible armed intervention by outside powers.

If all “main Christian leaders” reject the use of force in Syria, then, why do the konvertsy persist in wooing woolly “Evangelical” sectarians? We have nothing in common with such, neither do any other real Christians. After all, the “Evangelicals” bow down at the altar of the Almighty Dollar and worship their “City on a Hill” fantasy. We shouldn’t be associating with those who reject so much of Classical Christianity. They “bless” American aggression and “bless” the rapacious Free Market (which HH called a “fraud”)… what more do you need to know?
