Zakharchenko sez that the DNR Would Accept Any Other Ukrainian Oblast that Wants to Join It

In a LifeNews interview, DNR Chairman of the Government A V Zakharchenko stated, “If any other Ukrainian oblast wants to join hands with the DNR, the People’s Republic would welcome them. Any part of the Ukraine can join with the DNR… we’d welcome any of the fraternal republics… Kharkov, Zaporozhe, Lvov, Odessa, Kiev, and others. The country would be reborn. On the Maidan, the activists shouted that the Ukraine needed to fight corruption; it led to violence in the country… nothing changed. Meanwhile, in the DNR, our people built a new state with their own hands. Here, we have a rebirth of the state. We’re doing what they shouted about on the Maidan. As the DNR was as a unifying force in Novorossiya, we’d be able to amalgamate those republics and regions that wish to join us. We welcome all our friends and even our erstwhile enemies”.

In addition, Zakharchenko noted that the DNR welcomed political refugees from the Ukraine. In particular, now, Donetsk hosts Evromaidantsy activists, politicians, journalists, and Communists persecuted in the Ukraine. Zakharchenko pointed up that the DNR is actively restoring infrastructure and preparing social reforms. In addition to repairing roads, the country is reopening kindergartens and theatres.

The real war in Novorossiya isn’t between a legitimate state and separatists… it’s between illegitimate putschists and socialist social reformers. The putschists are nothing but crapitalistic thieves ransacking the country for their American puppeteers. The gold and forex reserves are gone already… I believe that the American/Canadian battalion in Lvov is really an attempt to secure the Lvovshchina for the junta. However, given the massive disaffection with the junta, even that might fall to the Novorossiyan patriots… the NATO troops are there simply to keep a bolthole open for their pals to scamper out and to steal the last movables in the country (for instance, the LAZ is a gutted shell). Banderstan won’t last the year out… everyone knows it. Crazy world, ain’t it?

The Galician Uniates are screaming about “deceitful Russian propaganda”… well, in 1945 the Workers and Peasants Red Army LIBERATED Oświęcim… Galician Uniate nationalists helped run the camp and they rounded-up people for the Nazis. I seem to see a difference there. The people who honour Lenin, honour the Red Army heroes who liberated the camps. The people who honour Bandera and the UPA, honour those who helped the Nazis run the camps. That’s not “deceitful Russian propaganda”…

Rightwingers want you to believe that Nazis and Communists were equivalent. Such was NOT the case. One reason, of course, is that many Republicans in the USA sucked up to the Nazis (such as George H W Bush’s father). For one thing, the Nazis believed in a Master Race… they were racists, pure and simple. The Communists NEVER believed in such. The Nazis opened up massacres of people based solely on their race, national origin, and/or religion. They killed many more people than the communists did in a mere 12 years… and most of those killings occurred in the last six years of the Third Reich (with the majority of them occurring in the three years of 1942-44). One reason that we know so much about the GULag is that so many people survived it. The USSR NEVER ran the equivalent of Auschwitz or Sobibor.

People who claim that the Nazis and Communists were equivalent have an agenda… the present Ukrainian junta wants to hide the fact that it glorifies Nazi collaborators, who helped the Nazis carry out the Holocaust (and committed thousands of murder on their own nickel, as they did in Volyn). Their US Republican paymasters and puppeteers (Nuland is a Republican neocon, not a Democrat) do so as they whitewash the violent slaver past of the American South and the racist legacy of Jim Crow.

We should remember our history… that the Anti-Hitler Coalition did indeed put down a noxious evil and abomination. If we forget our past, if we allow interested parties to rip it to shreds, we have no future, no soul. That’s why the Galician Uniate nationalist toppling of Lenin statues is an abomination… it’s why the Republican propaganda attacking the legacy of the New Deal is an abomination as well. If they wish to destroy, where will it end? The Reichstag Fire ended in the Auschwitz ovens. The Uniate toppling of statues has led to the murder of opposition journalists and politicians… who will they turn on after they’ve killed their real opponents? Yes… who will they turn on?

Hitler’s spirit walks the earth in Kiev and in Washington and London… may God make this abomination short-lived…

Pushilin Demands that Minsk Guarantors Force the Ukraine to Carry Out the Minsk Accords

The DNR Official Representative of the Contact Group, D V Pushilin, the Vice-Chairman of the DNR Peoples Soviet, said that the statement by the Ukrainian Presidential Administration on the possible introduction of UN peacekeepers in Novorossiya indicated an unwillingness to carry out the Minsk Agreement, noting, “Unfortunately, the Ukraine ceased to be a guarantor of the Minsk-2 pact by its active attempts to push at the UN their idea of ​​deploying foreign peacekeepers in the Donbass. Poroshenko couldn’t have been unaware that paragraph 10 of the Set-Up provides for the withdrawal of any and all foreign armed groups from the Donbass. Of all the international organisations, the package only mentioned the OSCE’s role, which has the task of monitoring [the pact’s execution], so, by his initiative, Poroshenko actually discredits the Observer Mission. Once again, this proves that the Ukraine tries to derail the implementation of the Minsk agreements. Kiev consistently alleges that the OSCE is unable to carry out the prescribed in these agreements”.

Therefore, once again, the DNR calls on the leaders of Germany and France, which together with Russian President V V Putin, were the guarantors of the package of measures, to prevent any further provocative moves on the part of Kiev. Pushilin observed, “Bundeskanzlerin Merkel and Président Hollande declared that they’d guarantee that the Ukraine would carry out Minsk-2. Therefore, they now have to bring Poroshenko to heel, as by his actions, he ripped up the Minsk agreements”. Pushilin said that the initiative to deploy peacekeepers in Novorossiya, which Poroshenko allegedly discussed with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, is unlikely to see implementation, as Kiev can’t rely on an international consensus that such a move is necessary. He concluded, “I think that there are UN member-countries that won’t agree with Poroshenko’s initiative”.

In the early morning hours of 21 April, Poroshenko’s media flacks said that he held talks with the UN Secretary General. The parties allegedly “agreed to implement further steps for the possible deployment of peacekeeping contingent under the auspices of the UN in the Donbas”. There is no UN statement on the subject.

Let’s keep it short. Any deployment of peacekeepers would have to pass the Security Council. Both Russia and China are permanent members and have vetoes… do you need to be Einstein to see how this Mexican soap opera is going to turn out? Poroshenko is in a crisis and he’s grasping at anything. The only thing that people are betting on is when the misbegotten Ukraine goes under. No one believes that it can stand. Not even those writing pro-Ukrainian articles in the Western media believe that it can stand (except for a few deluded Galician Uniate nationalists). The so-called “Ukraine” ain’t dead yet… but it soon shall be… and the world will be better off without it. Good riddance to bad rubbish…
