At the end of August, the founding congress of Novorossiyan branch of the all-Russia People’s Front (ONF)(President V V Putin is the Chairman of the organisation), will occur in Donetsk, under the leadership of Chairman of the DNR Peoples Soviet A E Purgin and Chief of Staff of the DNR Peoples Soviet DNI A G Aleksandrov. Participants will include ONF members, other elements from the Russian Federation, and a cross-section of DNR blocs. The ONF began as a project of President Putin, the specific proposal to create it came on 6 May 2011 during a meeting of the United Russia bloc in Volgograd. Speaking at the ONF founding congress, Putin said, “The ONF should become a broad social movement; all citizens should be able to raise their concerns and to see to their performance, to push along issues that sometimes bog down in the bureaucratic swamp, and to directly submit proposals that can then become laws and government decisions. We need to enable people to use the available tools of influence on social processes, to allow them to look for new tools, and to empower them to use them skilfully. We need to put forward new people, nominate new candidates for public office, to nominate those whom the people want to stand for election. However, most importantly, to make this work come alive, we must directly relate it to the people and to their interests, we must want to solve their problems”. To date, youth, women’s, and trades-union organisations (such as the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR), the Union of Russian Pensioners (SPR), the Women’s Union of Russia (SZhR)), professional societies such as the National Medical Chamber (NMP), motorists’ group «Убитые дороги» (Ubitye dorogi: Killed on the Road), business groups such as the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), «Деловой России» (Delovoi Rossii: Business Russia), and «Опорa России» (Opora Rossii: Support of Russia) have joined hands in the ONF.

This is IMPORTANT… it means that Vova is telling the Americans to call off their Uniate/schismo attack dogs. “These are my people… leave them alone”. I don’t know if this means that Russia will officially recognise the Peoples Republics. However, well-connected and important people such as Dr L M Roshal are part of this group. However, this is major news, no matter which way you cut it. Maybe, it’s the most important news of the day. It means that the ruling party in Russia is behind the Peoples Republics.

Bernie Grabs the ‘Net! More People Searching for “Sanders” than for “Clinton”

Not only is presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders breaking records for turnout on the campaign trail and rapidly gaining in the polls against Hillary Clinton… now, he’s also more searched for than she is on the internet. Sanders has been more searched for than the former first lady since mid-June, which many attributed to him being more unknown and the public wanting to learn basic information. However, on Saturday, during a West Coast campaign visit that drew crowds from 8,000 to 28,000, internet searches on the candidate exploded… even surpassing searches for the GOP frontrunner Donald Trump. According to data obtained by the Daily News, the amount of people talking about Sanders on Facebook nearly tripled from 5.5 million unique interactions the week ending 5 August to 14.4 million in the week ending 12 August. Overall, this is close to Clinton’s 15.3 million unique interactions, which figures in likes, posts, comments, and shares. Sanders digital director Kenneth Pennington told the Daily News, “There’s this incredible amount of enthusiasm around the country and on the internet surrounding Bernie’s message… and what we’re focusing on digitally is building a serious campaign that can convert that energy into votes”. Sanders has long embraced the internet, with his massively popular Reddit AMA’s, and a community of 75,000 Redditors supporting him. Pennington said, “He sees social media as a way to talk about the issues the traditional media may not be inclined to cover”.
