Eventually, you know that the weather will take its toll. Today, in Kherson and Nikolayev, the average outdoor temperatures are 3 to 8 degrees (38 to 47 degrees Fahrenheit)… apartments usually have a heat level of 16 to 18 degrees (61 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit). I received information about cutbacks in the heating season, so people are starting large-scale installations of electric heaters. The money to purchase gas, coal, and oil is missing and there’s nothing budgeted for public utility services. People are well aware that the winter will be very hard; today, nobody knows how they’re going to get heat. Yesterday, sources sent me photos where you can see signs on the Kherson-Nikolayev motorway reading, “Putin warm-up”. I’ve gotten intel about the heat problem in almost all Ukrainian cities. Kherson and Nikolayev aren’t ready for the cold season. Today, thieving officials with no scrap of leadership ability run our cities.
