The MVD Rossii sent puppy Dobrynya to their French counterparts after ISIS terrorists killed Diesel, a 7-year-old police dog, during a siege in Saint-Denis that followed the Paris attacks in November 2015. The puppy has grown up well… he’s healthy, playful, and everybody knows of his big appetite. Moreover, he found a girlfriend in France!
