Moscow Cancelled New Round of Strategic Consultations with the USA

On Thursday, Ambassador to the USA A I Antonov told us:

We expressed indignation to the State Department that the American side ruined Russian-American expert consultations on global information security. Because of those actions, the Russian side found it impossible to hold Russian-American consultations on bilateral issues and strategic stability topics planned for 6-7 March in Vienna, which is why we postponed them.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Ryabkov and US Under-Secretary of State Thomas Shannon are negotiating strategic stability and pressing bilateral issues.
