Note well that Russia, a legitimate state actor, wasn’t part of this “investigation”. On the other hand, the illegitimate and illegal American-installed Ukrainian junta was part of it. That means that the “findings” were American-manufactured rubbish. After all, the Yanks do like sabotaging airliners, don’t they?

On Friday, the Minoborony Rossii said in an official statement:

Since the moment the USSR ceased to exist in 1991 and the split of the military equipment that followed, the Ukraine, which then obtained about 20 Buk SAM battalions, hasn’t received a single new air defence missile.

On 24 May, the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) formed by Australia, Belgium, Malaysia, the Netherlands, and the Ukraine published an interim report of its probe into the MH17 disaster over Ukraine in 2014. The investigators claimed that the launcher that fired the missile might have been from Russia’s 53 Air Defence Brigade stationed near Kursk. The Minoborony Rossii dismissed all JIT charges to this effect, saying that not a single air defence system of the Russian forces ever crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border. It also stated that it provided exhaustive evidence to the Dutch authorities concerned to prove unequivocally that Ukrainian Buk crews were responsible for shooting down the passenger plane.

The Aleksandrov Ensemble embodied a cultured and grounded Russia… the CIA embodies the lawless and grasping USA. You can choose one or the other. One culture brings out the best, the other brings out the most repulsive… but they do have such NICE and shiny toilets and sinks!

By the way, the American people are NOT the USA… the latter is a radical state brought about in the late 18th century, the first of the Radical Anti-Christian States. The American people, like all other peoples, are an organic and natural growth, not related to the so-called “American Revolution”… they’re better than that. Maybe, someday, their state will reflect their virtues…

The Russian government is keeping a tight lid on the investigation. It’s releasing nothing to the media as of today. However, I’ll report that most ordinary Russians believe that the CIA sabotaged the aircraft. Most believe that they simply interfered with the structure or engines, to make it look like a technical breakdown (a common Langley tactic). No matter what conclusion the investigation reaches, the Russian public has made up its mind… the Americans did it… at the urging of Hillary Clinton and her allies. It’s much like the sinking of the K141 Kursk… no one believes the official reason… everyone believes that an American sub rammed the Kursk.

In short, this wasn’t only a tragedy, it was another link in the chain of incidents that has eroded Russian faith in the USA. Deserved or not, that’s the reality. Unfortunately, the actions of feckless warmongering filth such as McCain and Clinton exacerbated this. God do help us.

2 February 2017. Today is the 40th Day After the Tu-154 Crash… It’s a Day of Special Memorial for Believers

Today is the 40th day after the tragic plane crash in the Black Sea that killed most members of the Aleksandrov Ensemble and Dr Liza. It’s a special time for Orthodox believers to pray for the repose of the souls of the departed. Metropolitan Yuvenaly Poyarkov served the funeral for Dr Liza, as he was close to her family… as the second-most-powerful churchman in the MP, it also sent a message on how HH viewed the matter (HH would’ve served, but Yuvenaly had closer ties to the family, so he stepped aside). The members of the Ensemble share a common grave at the new military cemetery outside Moscow… that’s fitting and right… they lie together as they died together. Illarion Alfeyev served the funeral for General Khalilov, the Ensemble director, as the general was one of his instructors at the Gnessin (another appropriate and fitting action).

Don’t forget to pray for the repose of their souls… we’re Christians; that’s what we do…
