This isn’t the antitheistic Communist Party of the 20th-century. That party and that era are gone, absolutely and irretrievably. This is a new era… communists have learnt from their errors, for they believe in the dialectic. That is, “thesis confronts antithesis, leading to a new synthesis”. The old party-line of antitheism simply didn’t work and was actually counterproductive. It left out people who could’ve been friends of the Party (even good members of the Party) and the Party stupidly froze them out of society. That is, the Party made needless enemies.

Communists are nothing if not practical and pragmatic. Believers are now welcome as comrades. As Comrade Zyuganov put it:

Christ was the first communist!

Defined that way, I’m proud to be a leftie.

He also gave every newlywed couple a wedding present of 50,000 USD (3.21 million Roubles. 347,500 Renminbi. 3.41 million INR. 66,750 CAD. 67,200 AUD. 47,500 Euros. 39,400 UK Pounds), and a 5,000 USD (321,000 Roubles. 34,750 Renminbi. 341,000 INR. 6,675 CAD. 6,720 AUD. 4,750 Euros. 3,940 UK Pounds) birthday present to the parents of every newborn child. Think about that for a minute. In addition, don’t try to tell me that we can’t do it, because it has been. Therefore, yeah, it’s been done, and what’s been done once, can be done again. Moreover, this time, even better. There’s much that we can do, and much to be done, but the starting point is to understand the real conflict and who the real enemy is. The richest One Percent considers us as their livestock, their inferiors. They intend to exploit those of us who are profitable, and to dispose of the rest. They’re the true enemy of Humanity, and it’s up to us, the vast majority of Humanity, to understand this and to do something about it.

Socialism is the real working-man Gus Hall, who was more Joe Six-Pack than Joe Stalin… socialism is the thirst for social justice of Aneurin Bevan and Paul Robeson. Do NOT listen to rightwing lies about socialism. The “conservatives” believe that “winning is the only thing” and that a lion’s share of our resources belong to the rich. You can vote for Bernie or you can vote for Chilly Hilly and Trump the Chump. Yes, there is a real choice between good and evil this year…
