This is off the official MVD Rossii website… no lie! It’s a whole lotta fun. It starts off with a clip of a DPSnik (traffic cop) making a routine stop… the vid really picks up at about 0:35… it’s a hip-hop song in English. This is a gas, no matter how you slice it.
