She’ll tell you that the worst westerners were the Estonians… they were really a cold-blooded lot. They destroyed the whole town; when the liberation came, only 149 people remained alive in the village.

The more things change, the more that they stay the same. The USA supports states in Europe that proudly parade their collaboration with the fascists in World War II. Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and the Ukraine all glorify Nazi collaborators. The USA tells us how “democratic” these countries are. I say that such is a lie, a disgusting fiction… for “democracy” only exists for the favoured “race” in these countries… be a Russian in the Baltic states or the Ukraine or be a Serb in Croatia, and you’ll know what I mean. Let’s not be coy, the USA is cosying up to those who practise Nazi racial theory. That’s evil. I’ll tell you this… Clinton, Johnson, and Trump all slobber in glee over these present-day neo-Nazis. Only Dr Jill would end American support for such filth. Do vote accordingly…

THIS is the “Evil Empire” that pigs like Victor Potapov and Patrick Buchanan expostulated about. Living standards in the USSR were lower than in the USA because the Soviets had to spend huge amounts on armaments to defend against Western aggression and rebuild their war damage, all at once. The USA suffered NO war damage… so American boasting about the Cold War is wrong, not to the point, and mendacious in the extreme. The main Sov forces were in the Western Military District in Byelorussia, that’s where all the most-modern stuff was… the forces in Germany and Czechoslovakia were meant to absorb the impact of a Western attack. The history of the last twenty-odd years proves that wasn’t paranoia… the Anglo Americans are violent and peevish toddlers… ask the Serbs, Afghans, Yemenis, Palestinians, Iraqis, and Novorossiyans… and the Native Americans and Filipinos before them (a Filipino said, “The Spaniards were bad, the Americanos were worse, the Hapons were worse than that, but the worst of all were the New Americanos”).

The USSR was done in by Gorbachyov’s incompetence, not the “superiority” of the West. VVP is right… the fall of the USSR was a historical tragedy. These photos prove it. One last thing… this image set is NOT anti-Soviet… fancy that… it proves that Russians do NOT despise their past, as Anglo Americans do. I think that a new socialism is arising in Russia. A spectre haunts the country clubs and Tea Party haunts… methinks that the prideful rightwing obituaries for socialism were a bit premature…

Stop the Presses! USA “Sends a Message to Moscow!” USA to Deploy 150 Soldiers Each in Poland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania! WOW!

In a move to reassure Russia’s neighbours, the USA will send some 600 paratroopers to Poland and the Baltics starting tomorrow as part of an open-ended military commitment prompted by Moscow’s actions in the Ukraine. Rear Admiral John Kirby, a Pentagon spokesman, told reporters at his daily briefing, “I can announce today that a company-size contingent of paratroopers from US Army Europe’s 173 Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), based in Vicenza, Italy, will arrive in Poland tomorrow to begin exercises with Polish troops”. Poland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania will get 150 American troops each. Kirby said that the full deployment would be complete “by the end of this weekend, maybe Monday”.

This shows the real outlines of American policy in the Ukraine. These forces aren’t serious military forces; they’re diplomatic chess pieces. That is, the USA says to Russia, “We know that you’re going to take the Ukraine, and we can’t stop you; we lack the power to do so. However, if you touch these four countries, we’ll use nukes”. These small units are “trip wires”, and Russia knows it. This is a clear sign that the Pentagon has written off the Ukraine… and, perhaps, Langley has done so as well. The junta is a dead duck… everyone’s just going through a disgusting kabuki play of posturing and posing. I wish that Russia would get on with it and smash the fictive “Ukrainian” state. Then, the world could get back to business.

Nazi Collaborationist Buried with Full Honours in Estonia

On Friday, Estonia granted burial with full military honours to a decorated Waffen-SS collaborator who fought against the Red Army during the VOV. Harald Nugiseks, the last surviving Estonian recipient of Nazi Germany’s Knight’s Cross, died on 2 January at the age of 93. Estonian collaboration with the Nazis causes widespread revulsion in neighbouring Russia, but many Estonians view it as a necessity, as a means of achieving national independence. Nugiseks’ grave is in the Estonian Soldiers Memorial Church in Türi. Brigadier General Meelis Kiili, commander of the Estonian Defence League, retired high-ranking military officers, and local officials attended the ceremony. Earlier, Estonian Defence Minister Urmas Reinsalu expressed condolences to the relatives of the deceased Nazi collaborator, saying, “He [Nugiseks] was a legendary Estonian soldier whose tragedy was that he couldn’t fight for Estonian freedom in an Estonian uniform”.

Nugiseks served the Nazis as a volunteer in 1941; later, he was a soldier in the 20. Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS (1. Estonian). He was one of four Estonian recipients of the Third Reich’s highest award for battlefield bravery. Nugiseks became a prisoner of war after his division surrendered in 1945; the Soviet authorities sentenced him to a Siberian labour camp, where he stayed until 1958. After Estonia became independent in 1991, Nugiseks received the honorary rank of captain in the Defence Forces. An estimated 80,000 Estonian collaborators fought alongside Nazi forces during the VOV. Russia condemns the present glorification of Nazism in Estonia, where reunions of Nazi collaborationists and parades in honour of former Waffen-SS soldiers occur annually.

Let’s keep it brief. Not only does the Republican Party applaud Nazi collaborationism in Estonia (and in Latvia and the Ukraine as well) now, it did so in the immediate post-World War II period. Indeed, American career military officers (most of whom were Republicans) sheltered Nazi collaborators out of hatred for leftist politics. Had the SS Cossacks been in the American occupation zone, they would’ve escaped repatriation… for many American officers spat on the agreements made with the USSR… out of not only loathing for the USSR, but out of extreme dislike for FDR and his policies. They haven’t changed their spots, kids. Shitbirds of a feather DO flock together. Remember that on Election Day.
