20 October 2018. Genprokuratura Reclassifies Kerch Terakt as Criminal Matter

__________________

The Genprokuratura reclassified the Kerch terakt from terrorism to murder. That is, it views it more as a criminal matter than a terrorist incident. Trust me, it doesn’t mean that the incident wasn’t momentous or that there wasn’t a serious loss of life. It simply means that the preponderance of the evidence points to a criminal rather than a terrorist action. It doesn’t lessen the tragedy one little bit, however, it does change the complexion of the response. I’ll say this, though… the security at the Kerch Bridge just went up a notch. NATO is boasting that it’s going to hold exercises in the Sea of Azov. To do so means crossing the Kerch Strait, which is in Russian territorial waters. I do hope that the boastful and feral Anglos rethink this one…

Just one last thing… the Galician Uniates and schismos are all agog with glee on the web over this tragic event. It tells you much about them and their American paymasters, doesn’t it?

00 dnr memorial to MH17 victims in grabovo 160915

IN MEMORY of the 298 people who died as innocent victims of the civil war

______________________________

Maksim Pevtiev, an official at the Investigative Department for Special Cases of the DNR Genprokuratura told us that locals from Rassypnoe in Shaktyorsk Raion handed over about 2,500 fragments from the MH17 crash to the authorities:

People gave us some 2,500 fragments from the airliner… there may be more. Amongst the debris are pieces of the airliner’s exterior, personal belongings of passengers, and so on. All objects will remain in storage until the Genprokuratura transfers them to the OSCE mission.

According our correspondent on the scene, the locals turned over the debris to the authorities before witnesses. Staff from the DNR MChS and the DNR Ministry of Defence were also on hand. They loaded the fragments into a KAMAZ lorry, which took them to Donetsk. The DNR Genprokuratura agreed to resume the preliminary investigation into the crash of a Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17, which occurred on 17 July 2014. It reopened the case as locals found fragments and parts from the destroyed Boeing 777. Flight MH17 was enroute from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur when it crashed in the DNR. The accident killed all 298 people onboard.

Editor:

Russian courts do NOT follow Common Law, as do the Anglosphere countries. Rather, they follow universal Continental practise, using Civil Law/Roman Law. Therefore, there are no real “prosecutors” or “defenders” in the Common Law sense. A procurator is a state attorney, but must present evidence favourable to the defendant if it becomes available.

This proves that human frailties exist in the Peoples Republics. That’s why the UK exists… people DO break the law. Let justice take its course.
