Diocese of Donetsk Spokesman Likened Right Sector Terrorists to Persecutors of Christ

Today, Archpriest Georgi Gulyaev, a Diocese of Donetsk spokesman, told us that Right Sector extremists who seized a canonical Orthodox church in Ternopol Oblast were like unto the persecutors of Jesus Christ.

Strange things happen… they (Right Sector terrorists) are ready to beat others, then, they “pray” to God, a God that he was Himself beaten and humiliated. Instead of keeping the commandments of love, these guys become like the persecutors of Christ. Instead of directing their zeal and energy to create and develop, they distort it to the point that they prefer mayhem to impose their notions, not disdaining violent methods. The Gospel of Christ puts love of neighbour and love of God above any national idea. To fixate on nationalistic ideology is heresy. Firstly, to be a Christian, you must keep the commandments, and only then are you Russians, Ukrainians, Poles, and so on. This is the same for everybody and should unite people of all nationalities.

On 21 September, the feastday of the Nativity of the Birthgiver and Mother of God, Right Sector terrorists seized St George church in Ternopol Oblast in the Western Ukraine. The fascist militants attacked the believers with clubs, leaving 15 people injured, one of them in hospital.

Right Sector Terrorists Plan to Repeat Bloodbath in Odessa

TV Channel Zvezda reported, according to information from the neo-Nazi organisation’s closed social media groups, that Right Sector terrorists are planning a large-scale provocative action in Odessa that could match last year’s massacre in the city. The Ukrainian neo-Nazis are planning the event on Sunday. Nationalists of all sorts are flocking to Odessa after one of their leaders spread rumours that anti-Maidan activists are allegedly organising a rally. Anti-Maidan activists denied that they planned a rally. However, Right Sector militants don’t believe that and are ready to attack all those who disagree with their extremist ideology. The potential outcome could be a bloodbath on the streets of Odessa, similar to 2 May 2014 when Ukrainian ultranationalists brutally murdered 48 people in the Dom Profsoyuzov during clashes with anti-Maidan activists. As of late, the Right Sector has spiralled out of control. Last month, there was a shooting incident in Mukačevo between Right Sector militants and the local police; it left three people dead and 13 injured. Right Sector leader D A Yarosh blamed the local police for starting the shootout, even though Right Sector militants were driving through Mukačevo armed with a truck armed with a heavy-machine gun. People talk about the opening of a “second front” because of the armed clashes between Right Sector activists and police, as well as plans by the extremist group to stage a coup to topple the current government.

Dear residents of my favourite city!

I appeal to the families and friends of the innocent tortured patriots of this great city. On 2 May 2014, a terrible tragedy occurred that wrote a black page in the annals of Odessa. A beautiful city with magnificent architecture, a gem of Russian culture, the birthplace of great musicians and writers… that’s what Odessa was up to that terrible day. Here, a year ago, a shadow of sorrow and sadness clouded this previously joyful and sunny city. On that day, unhinged Ukrainian politicians committed an unprecedented crime against their own people.  A mob of vile Nazis burned innocents alive, killing old people and teenagers, mercilessly slaughtering women begging for mercy. The horror, the pain, the tears… I saw Odessa turned into a nightmarish caricature of the Maidan. On that day, we, like everyone in Odessa, understood that the country called “the Ukraine” no longer existed for us… it died along with the dozens of tortured victims in Odessa. However, I want to assure the families and the loved ones of all those killed on that day of heroes… we WILL punish those inhuman brutes who mocked your dear ones. Together with you, we’ll drive those fascist perverts out of this Hero City, this city of Russian glory, and peace will shine again in our common Motherland!

Plotnitsky sez Judgement Will Catch Up with the Nazis Who Organized the Odessa Khatyn

Today, LNR Chairman of the Government I V Plotnitsky released a statement on the anniversary of the Dom Profsoyuzov arson in Odessa, saying that judgement will inevitably fall upon the Nazis who staged new Khatyn a year ago in Odessa. He said, “The Second of May will forever remain in our hearts as a mournful date, the same as we view 22 June* and 26 April*. On this day a year ago in Odessa, the Kiev régime committed one of the most serious crimes against humanity in the twenty-first century. According to official Ukrainian figures, 46 innocent Odessa civilians died in the most savage way, after torture and abuse. We still don’t know about the fate of some people who were there. We don’t know the exact number of the innocent martyrs because Kiev keeps the investigation secret, as they know it has evidence of their crimes. This crime committed by the pro-Kiev Nazis was inhuman and godless. You can’t call it brutality, because animals never do things like this. The people know only one other thing like it… the actions of the Nazis during the Second World War. Obviously, the Kiev Gastarbeiter* are their heirs. After the Odessa Khatyn, Lugansk and Donetsk finally understood… they’ll do the same to us… they’ll burn us too… so, the peaceful rallies ended. That’s when we took up arms to defend our homes, our children, and our old folks. That’s why we called and still call the leaders of the great victorious powers in World War II, all the international community, to join efforts for the speedy demilitarisation and denazification of the Ukraine. Otherwise, the brown plague will spread across the planet, and we’d see the tragedy of Odessa repeated in different cities of Europe and Asia. The fire of Odessa, as well as the fires of Auschwitz and Buchenwald, will always burn in our hearts. No wind can scatter the Holy Ashes of the Martyrs. The hour of legal judgement for old and new Nazis is inevitable. God’s patience is great, but his hand is hard”.
