6 September 2014. Here’s the Pipe Dream of the Uniate Fascist Junta in Kiev… as Enthusiastically Supported by the Shylock Kolomoisky

To speak bluntly, this “wall” wouldn’t stop a serious Russian invasion… that would require something more in the nature of a Maginot Line… which the Germans proved was an out-of-date idea way back in 1940! This smells like the old “inner German border”. The DDR found it hard to keep that up, even though it was the richest per capita state in the Warsaw Pact. This “wall” couldn’t stop Russian infiltrators, as helicopters flying Nape of the Earth could bypass radar defences (due to ground clutter). There would be only one purpose for this new Berlin Wall… to keep the people from fleeing the crapitalist paradise and going to Russia. However, have no fear… firstly, the Ukrainian “state” is so mismanaged that it’ll never be built. Secondly, the DNR and LNR control all the major crossing points with the Russian Federation. Thirdly, Kolomoisky would steal the lion’s share of the budget, whilst the Rabbit, the Klichkos, Turdchinov, and Darlin’ Yuliya would glom up the rest. After all, there’s a cruiser still on the stocks in Nikolayev from the Sov days, and the clueless Uniates can’t complete it… Russia offered to help complete it in 2010, but that’s moot now, isn’t it? Lastly, the Ukraine (without the LNR and DNR) lacks the means to build this. Full stop.

Vladimir Vladimirovich won’t have to say, “Tear down this wall”… it won’t be built! Socialists can mobilise the economy to get things done, but laissez-faire Free Market crapitalists can’t… they’re too interested in personal gain. Never forget this… the miracles of war production in the USA in World War II were due to the socialistic New Deal and a socialist mobilisation of economic resources. The Republicans have done their best since 1946 to make a repeat performance impossible. Did I mention that the fascist junta is the darling of the GOP? Fancy that…

Church Arsonist in Dago Gets Time in Ha-Ha Hotel

01 madman

Editor’s Note:

I’ve heard of “the devil made me do it”, but “St Gregory of Nyssa made me do it” is a new one on me. Pass the jug and cross yourself… the world’s being its usual capricious, sardonic, and unpredictable self. However, the perp’s in the laughing academy where he belongs… I think that he did it deliberately to get back in. No lie; there are folks like that, kids. It DOES take all kinds…

It’s not usual for the GOAA to have “house churches”… they don’t go in for “small”. Yet, the church illustration on the GOAA site does look rather small, indeed… one wonders “why?”

On Tuesday, a court ordered a man who set fire to a church in Rancho San Diego CA and attacked a cellmate four days after his arrest to spend seven years and four months in a state mental hospital. Last month, Darin Wayne Williams, 39, pleaded guilty to arson and assault with intent to commit mayhem. Following a full evaluation by two court-appointed doctors, attorneys on both sides agreed that Williams was legally insane at the time of both offenses. On Tuesday, Judge John Thompson ordered Williams committed to Patton State Hospital for the seven-year-plus term. Deputy District Attorney David Williams III, who’s not a relative of the defendant, said that Williams would “receive treatment for a major mental illness and the public will remain protected”. According to the prosecutor, if, after seven years and four months at the hospital, doctors determine the defendant still poses a threat to the community, he could stay there for two-year extensions for the rest of his life.

On 27 January, cops arrested the defendant within hours of a fire that caused about 250,000 USD (8.24 million Roubles. 262,000 CAD. 268,000 AUD. 186,000 Euros. 156,000 UK Pounds) in damage to St Gregory of Nyssa Greek Orthodox Church in the 1900 block of Maryann Way at Jamacha Road. According to authorities, Williams said that his patron saint, St Gregory of Nyssa, told him to do it. There were no injuries caused by the 04.00 PDT blaze, which the sheriff’s Bomb/Arson Unit and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives investigated. Before the fire, church officials knew the defendant. Rev Simeon Corona, a Greek Orthodox priest, told reporters that Williams was in psychiatric hospitals before, but he released from one shortly before he set the fire. Fr Simeon told 10News, “He was a sick young man. He was a member as best he could be. We helped him as best we could, as well, but he was ill; off his medications and obviously got violent”. Rev Corona said that he and the parish forgave Williams, adding, “We still pray for him daily and at every service. We want the best for him, that he’ll get the help he needs”. According to the priest, Williams rented a room from a parishioner and became upset after his landlord told him that he couldn’t stay there unless he took his medication. His motive for attacking his cellmate was unclear. The parish is building a new church on the site; it hopes to complete it in time for Christmas services.

On Tuesday, a court ordered a man who set fire to a Greek Orthodox church in unincorporated El Cajon CA sent to a state mental hospital for a seven-year term. Later, the perp attacked his cellmate in county jail. In October, Darin Wayne Williams, 39, admitted that he committed arson and assault with intent to commit mayhem in connection with both incidents. Two court-appointed doctors examined him and determined that he was legally insane at the time of the offenses. Previously, his lawyer, Deputy Public Defender Paul Rodriguez, entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity on Williams’ behalf. On Tuesday, at a sentencing hearing, El Cajon Judge John Thompson ordered Williams committed to Patton State Hospital in San Bernardino County for seven years and four months. Deputy District Attorney David Williams III, who’s not a relative of the defendant, said in a phone interview that the defendant would receive care at the hospital “for his major mental illness, and the public will remain protected”. He said that if doctors determine at the end of that term that the defendant still poses a danger to the community, potentially, they could extend his commitment in hospital for the rest of his life.

On 27 January, Cops arrested Darin Williams, hours after the fire started at St Gregory of Nyssa Greek Orthodox Church. The blaze started about 04.00 PDT, under a patio in the back of the church off Jamacha Road near Hidden Mesa Road. The church building was a converted single-family home. Early estimates of the damage were close to 250,000 USD. The attack on Williams’ cellmate happened on 31 January.

As John Robles Sees It… Mass-Killer Breivik Awaits Court Verdict with No Remorse

THIS is what John Robles is talking about… and it’s why I agree with him, completely and unreservedly. If anyone deserved to “swim with the fishies“, Breivik does, and I’d pull the trigger… gladly.

______________________________

The blond monster who killed 77 human beings in cold blood in Norway a year ago is about to be sentenced. Many people believe that the only fair sentence for Anders Behring Breivik, as he took the lives of people with families, friends, and futures is the death penalty. However, there’s no capital punishment in Norway, so, this predator of innocents will either get 21 years in prison or end up in his own psychiatric ward. In both cases, the mass-murderer will continue his earthly existence. Breivik receives fair treatment, as he has a three-room suite, with an exercise room, a bed room, and an “office” with a computer he uses to prepare his case and answer “fan” mail, and where he’ll return if he’s found sane. If he’s found insane, Norway will build an entire private hospital wing just for him, and he’ll have his own staff of 17 people to take care of him night and day.

The world’s eyes will be on a small court in Oslo, Norway tomorrow as the judges render their verdict in the case of right-wing extremist and admitted mass-murderer Anders Behring Breivik. With his remorseless admission to the mass-killings he committed, his guilt is an established fact; therefore, that isn’t the matter before the court. Rather, the court’s verdict will determine whether Breivik will face incarceration or compulsory psychiatric treatment. Currently, the options are 21 years’ incarceration, which the authorities could extend indefinitely if he’s deemed a danger to society, or indefinite compulsory psychiatric treatment if he’s deemed insane. Breivik insists that he’s sane and promised to appeal the verdict if he’s found insane by the court. He’s remorselessly attempted to justify his mass-murdering execution-style rampage of mostly-defenceless teenagers, many of them young girls, as an attempt to cleanse white Christian society of encroachment by multiculturalism and a fantasised Muslim takeover.

One point that the press and the debate over Breivik and his heinous crimes hasn’t really touched upon, and one that I feel may be key to deciding his “sanity”, if there’s really any doubt, is the fact that almost all of his victims were white Norwegian youth, a fact that should negate any argument that he was “fighting for Norwegian purity against a Muslim threat”, and a fact that points to the sheer pointless insanity of his actions. He’s a madman who wanted to kill as many people as possible as viciously as possible, and his choice of targets made his own insane reasoning completely and utterly pointless. Sadly, for Breivik and his like-minded angry-white-supremacist brethren, such killings can be justified, in some twisted way. Somehow, they can be deemed the act of a sane person. However, for most of us, such senseless murder can in no way be justified.

In addition, the fact that Breivik is white is a very important factor in the case. He’s has been repeatedly allowed to make Nazi salutes for the cameras in the court, and repeatedly been allowed to invoke his insane ideological ranting in court, as if such beliefs could in some way defend his horrendous crimes. Were he of another race or group, it’s seriously doubtful that he’d be allowed to so blatantly spit in the face of all of us. The fact that he’s white, as with most white-supremacist mass-murders, has led the court and society to debate his sanity. Most members of white society are always quick to marginalise and deem psychotic one of their own when events such as this take place, they’re quick to call these killers “loners”, and not part of an organisation, unlike what occurs when a Muslim or member of any other race group commits such a crime. Priyamvada Gopal at the Guardian looked into this topic in depth. With the world currently engaged in what many consider a war against “primitive” Muslims, Breivik has many apologists in white Christian society. However, even in this context, there can be no justification for his acts.

Are the Norwegian people happy about all of this? Many aren’t. Many feel as I do, that there are crimes that a civilised society can in no way forgive, and that Breivik’s heinous mass-murdering rampage falls into this category. There are crimes for which, even in a humane and civilised society, there must be an ultimate price to pay. There must be an exception allowing for execution; Breivik, as one of the worst mass murderers of all time, deserves such. Thomas Indreboe, a lay judge who was removed from the case when he called for Breivik’s execution, to save “taxpayers from unnecessary expenditures”, put it well when he said, “…there are other things in Norway that need to be taken care of, like our elderly, roads, and such things; the money could’ve been spent on other things”.

According to RIA-Novosti, even if the court finds Breivik insane, psychiatrists may refuse to treat him, as he has been diagnosed as being rational and sane in the past. Breivik himself hopes he’s found sane, so that his monstrous killing spree won’t be viewed as the act of a madman; this will support the delusional architecture of his psychosis, and allow like-minded neo-Nazi fanatics a victory they don’t deserve. If systematically, remorselessly, and cold-bloodedly taking the lives of 77 human beings, people with families, friends, and futures, doesn’t forfeit one’s right to continue to exist, then, I don’t know what does. Regardless of what I think, and many who would agree with me, Breivik will continue to live, costing Norwegian taxpayers millions, and he’ll continue to breathe, exercise, eat nice meals, answer fan mail, and spit in the face of all humanity.

Anders Behring Breivik Declared Insane

______________________________

Anders Behring Breivik, accused of masterminding a dual terrorist attack in Norway, can’t stand trial on the grounds of mental incompetence. Experts made this conclusion after a psychiatric examination. They told Norwegian media that the effects of sexual abuse in Breivik’s childhood might have caused this. On Tuesday, forensic psychiatrists who analysed Breivik’s mental state at the time of the terrorist attacks on 22 July presented their conclusion that he was “insane”.

Their report stated, “Breivik suffers from paranoid-schizophrenic disorder. The experts determined that he fantasised that he was a Knight Templar, who committed murder out of love for his people”. The report points up that Breivik displayed an “unhealthy state” during both the preparation and the carrying out of the terrorist acts, and in his communications with doctors. “We have no doubt about it. Now, the court has to decide, we don’t have the last word”, said Dr Torgeir Husby, who conducted the examination. The experts don’t rule out that Breivik’s schizophrenia could be the result of shock from sexual abuse that he suffered at the age of four or five. This opinion was been expressed earlier by anonymous experts, and, on Tuesday, Drs Torgeir Husby and Synne Sorheim stated that these hypotheses sound plausible, even if it’s very difficult to confirm them at this point.

Breivik Might Be Under Compulsory Treatment for the Rest of His Life

If the Oslo District Court agrees with the findings of forensic experts presented on Tuesday, Breivik is likely to spend the rest of his life in compulsory treatment in a closed psychiatric ward. “Every third year, they’d consider an extension of treatment. This would be starting from the original decision of the court”, Prosecutor Ang Beyer said at a press conference about the results of Breivik’s psychiatric examination. It could result in life-long detention, if experts find him a continued threat to society, she added. According to Ms Beyer, 111 people are currently in compulsory treatment in Norway; half of them received such detention for murder or attempted murder.

In the near future, Norway will create a special commission that will examine all the material and make their assessment of the forensic findings. This should happen before Christmas. For its part, prosecutors could theoretically require hire other experts to give them another opinion on Breivik’s sanity. As he stated at the hearing, Prosecutor Sveyn Holden thinks that we should send Breivik for treatment at a secure mental hospital, so, he’s likely to avoid prison. He said, “Psychiatrists describe Breivik as a person who lives in his own fantasy world and all his thoughts and actions are influenced by it. He’s suffered from paranoid schizophrenia for quite a long time, and, at the time of his offence, he considered himself a knight saving humanity“.

The common assumption was that the court would sentence Breivik to 21 years in prison… the maximum penalty in Norway. However, if the court found him guilty of a terrorist act against humanity, the prison term could go up to 30 years. Earlier, Breivik said that he doesn’t consider himself crazy, and his lawyer believes that Breivik deserves some leniency from the authorities, as he voluntarily surrendered to police and cooperated with the investigation. Breivik’s case is supposed to start on 16 April 2012. Authorities at Ila prison, where Breivik is at present, have already announced that they’re going to build a special unit for the famous prisoner in January. It’ll have more thorough-going security measures than the rest of the prison has, according to the journal Aftenposten.

Psychiatrists Synne Sorheim and Torgeir Husby held 12 meetings with Breivik. According to the broadcasting company NRK, their conclusion is 230 pages long. The initial deadline for making a decision about whether to arraign Breivik on charges for his terrorist attack to face criminal prosecution or whether he should be remanded to compulsory treatment was 1 November, but was extended at the psychiatrists’ request to 30 November. According to his lawyer, Geir Lippestad, Breivik was fearful of the psychiatrists’ conclusions. Lippestad said to an interviewer, “He’s afraid that their conclusion would be ‘devastating’”. Earlier reports indicated that Breivik refused to talk with Norwegian psychiatrists and demanded an examination by Japanese specialists, but the court denied his request.

There were 77 victims in the dual terrorist attack on 22 July in Norway. Firstly, a bomb went off in the government quarter in central Oslo, near the Prime Minister’s Office, which killed eight people. Several hours later, the perp opened fire at a Norwegian Labour Party youth camp on Utøya Island near the capital, there, 69 people died. Immediately after the first interrogation, Breivik confessed to committing the terrorist acts, but he doesn’t consider his actions culpable. Breivik’s trial is due to start on 16 April 2012.
