Investigators in the DNR determined that a Western intelligence agency helped Galician Uniate nationalist terrorists to murder DNR Head of State A V Zakharchenko. The explosive device used was beyond the technical abilities of the Galicians to make and use without assistance. The SK RF concurred with the conclusion of the DNR investigation. That is, both the DNR and the Russian Federation consider this a criminal act of international terrorism. It’s no surprise that the CIA had its dirty hands in this crime. DNR authorities believe that the same group who carried out this murder also carried out the murders of Motorola and Givi (and probably Mozgovoi as well).
