In Russia, the state still supports the arts, unlike the USA, where Republican filth cut the funds for such. The Russian state always found money to support the arts, even in the Nasty 90s… they’re not nekulturnye greedsters like American Republicans. By the way, this ensemble is from the predominantly-Muslim Republic of Tatarstan. Most of its musicians and its dirigent are Muslims.
