I saw this on FB:
This is nice… using the faith to manipulate and control the votes of the faithful. Isn’t there a canon that forbids clergy from speaking on political agendas or endorsing political candidates?
If you support Trump, you support a very-cleaned-up racist ideology. If you’re Pro-Life, it’s for life from the womb to the tomb. A vote for Trump is a vote for a man who throughout his life used women for his pleasure and financial prosperity. If you vote for Trump, you endorse a man financially irresponsible in his dealings, who put his financial burdens on society via the bankruptcy courts. In many ventures, he duped others. A vote for Trump is one that supports Pride, not a godly man’s humility. I could go on.
Honestly, both sides endorse issues that are against God’s plan. I don’t support abortion. However, it’s the law of the land, and a vote and win for Trump won’t change this law. It must go through the process needed to remove it. As we know, law doesn’t prevent mankind from sin or breaking law. If so, we wouldn’t have so many of the problems that are inherent in our human being. Sure, we can change the abortion law, but you’d better know they’d still do this deed in makeshift backrooms… resulting in millions of dead babies and women.
To all of those who are against abortion, I’d say that this is an issue changeable only through Christ and a change of heart. If you’re Pro-Life… the proof of that isn’t a quadrennial vote. The proof of having Pro-Life convictions would come in becoming a counsellor at one of the many pro-life clinics, in speaking to a teen, and sharing life with them in love. They need help like none others do. You can be physically present in events and marches. I used to do this in San Diego. Your service would show in so many ways… not just a vote.
Face it, we have many life-altering issues in our nation… the pulpit won’t push and coerce me my vote based on a single issue. Making people do things your way through guilt and false guilt by association is “cultish”; cults use such tactics to force their followers to do things. Peace.

I did some research. This Cusick is a reactionary papist and general Pro-Life Rethug fanatic. We shouldn’t chortle. I remember the Church War of the 70s and 80s… the OCA and ROCOR clergy refused people communion right-and-left; they didn’t care who it scandalised. We were evil in that, just as Cusick is evil in this. This is why I hate the Pro-Life Movement and everything that it stands for. The hypocrisy and narcissism in it is so intense that it floors one. There’s a wrong way of being right, and the Pro-Life Movement is a classic illustration of that.

Read this. This isn’t at all what responsible MDs and scientists are writing in serious peer-reviewed journals. If you wish any information on transsexuality (the actual medical/technical term), you won’t find it in the so-called “Pro-Life” media. It isn’t vetted for accuracy and scientific veracity, so, virtually all of it’s nonsense and/or garbled rubbish. Do remember the faked Planned Parenthood videos. There has yet to be a verified assault on anyone in the ladies’ room by disguised men. I sure haven’t seen it nor have any other gals of my acquaintance seen or heard of such. Have a care with “conservatives”… they believe that “winning is the only thing” and that anything done to win one’s point is legit. I’d advise having as little as possible to do with such people, if you can. They not only hold untrue and bigoted beliefs on transsexuality, they also hold such on many issues. Be wary of them, for they hide their hatred and bias under the Church’s vesture. The times are dark, so, please, do have a care…
