19 April 2015. Conspiracy Theories Abound on the Internet on Rash of Ukrainian Political Murders… NO CONSPIRACY… JUST ANARCHY

00 Fr Dmitri Sidor. 08.04.14

Is Fr D D Sidor safe? In the conditions of lawless anarchy now regnant, God alone knows…

Read this.

Well, I don’t think that NATO is orchestrating a wave of murders in the Ukraine nor is Langley. It’s something rather more simple… and far more sinister for the people. Civil society and the rule of law have broken down in Banderstan. There’s no law… there’s no order. Fascist thugs roam the streets… people “commit suicide” or are simply gunned down. In fact, the acts are so sloppy that it’s clear that pros aren’t involved. To be blunt, this means that the situation is much worse than if NATO and Langley WERE shooting people in the Ukraine. NO ONE KNOWS WHICH END IS UP IN THE UKRAINE. NO ONE. It’s libertarianism run amuck… it’s why the Church blesses the State and Holy Authority… without it, society quickly deteriorates into a lawless quagmire of private revenge, honour killings, and political lynching.

Libertarianism is nothing but anarchy with a rightwing face. Do want to know what libertarianism actually looks like? Look at the Wild West atmosphere in Banderstan… that’s what libertarianism is. That’s what the Koch Brothers want in the USA… a condition where they could kill their perceived opponents with impunity. Nasty, ain’t it? That’s why “conservatism” is evil… it tends to anarchy, and anarchy is ALWAYS evil.

God do watch over and protect Fr Dmitri… the times are VERY evil… Fr Dmitri shouldn’t share the fate of Blessed Gavriil Kostelnik (and here) or St Maksim Sandovich.

Crimean Big Sez That Transition to RF Norms Might Take 3-12 Months

00 Crimea referendum sign. 11.03.14

______________________________

Rustam Temirgaliyev, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of the Crimea (RK), said that transitioning RK state institutions to Russian Federation standards might take up to twelve months after the moment the RK chooses to rejoin the RF, saying, “If the referendum gives such a decision, it’d take from three to twelve months to reform the authorities, to reconfigure the judiciary, to coach judges and jurists to act according to RF law, and to exchange documents, including passports”. He pointed up that residents would exchange Ukrainian for Russian passports using a simplified procedure, which would be gratis for all residents. Temirgaliyev also outlined the procedure of how the RK would rejoin Russia, noting, “When we know the results of the referendum, the Supreme Soviet of the RK (VS RK) would appeal to its Russian colleagues. Then, we’d need a decision by the Russian body. Subsequently, most probably, the RK and Russia would conclude a treaty. We’d have to adopt a constitution and choose a regional head. Most probably, we’d have an acting head at first. The VS RK would choose him, but the Russian President would have a veto on the choice”.

Editor’s Note:

Do note how the RK authorities do everything in a calm and professional way, following the rule of law. Do note how the Timoshenko junta tramples the rule of law into the mud, having seized power in an extralegal coup, “amending” the Constitution when it suits Queen Yuliya’s whim, and repressing all those it considers opponents. You can see who’s naughty and who’s nice. In the RK, civilised respect for the rule of law reigns. In all lands under the heel of the criminal Timoshenko junta, the law of the jungle reigns… “woe to the vanquished”, “might makes right”, and “money makes the world go around”. One of these things is NOT like the other.

I hope that Langley and the White House gave Yatsenyuk a big fat cheque… you see, the junta boodlers will steal most of it. It’ll decrease Washington’s ability to cause more mischief in the long-term… they’ll get fucked by their own allies! Ain’t God’s justice grand… any road, “Yats” needs the money for a new commode… I didn’t say anything about anybody being full of shit, did I?

RF MID Slams US State Department Report On Human Rights in Russia as Non-Objective

______________________________

On Monday, Konstantin Dolgov, the RF Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MID) Commissioner for Human Rights, Democracy, and the Rule of Law, said that the section of the annual US State Department report States on human rights in the world dealing with Russia wasn’t objective, and he hoped that the US side would use a more balanced approach in future. Last week, the USA presented its annual report on human rights in the world. The report called Iran, North Korea, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Syria, Belarus, and China the worst violators of human rights. It slammed Russia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Malaysia, Algeria, and Cambodia for restricting the activities of NGOs and prohibiting foreign funding for their work.

In comments posted on the official MID website, Dolgov said, “The section on Russia isn’t objective. Unfortunately, our American partners don’t want to notice the major work carried out by the Russian leadership in improving the political and judicial system, the reform of law enforcement and correctional institutions, and in combating corruption. As you must realise, no country is entirely immune from problems in human rights”. Dolgov thinks that Russia expects that the American side will show a more balanced and objective approach to the sphere of human rights, saying, “We reaffirm our openness to the development of constructive and equal dialogue and cooperation with the USA in this area”.

Speaking about the report, Dolgov pointed up that Russia considers the most serious shortcoming of the report was “the overly-used theme of humanitarian and human rights abuse to suit the political interests of the USA and domestic election campaign rhetoric, using an active application of double standards. It’s significant that, once again, the report didn’t provide an analysis of the human rights situation in the USA, whose track record in the human rights field is far from perfect. If the authors of the report claim that it covers all regions of the world equally, it must be consistent”.

In addition, he said, “There’s a one-sided presentation of the material on the human rights situation in the Middle East and North Africa based solely in the context of the so-called ‘Arab Spring’. So, with regard to Libya, as a matter of fact, the main focus of the report tried to justify the violations of international humanitarian law and human rights committed by NATO forces in the military campaign there”.

According to Dolgov, “What’s particularly amazing is the fact that the State Department experts continued to ignore the numerous recommendations of international human rights organisations that Latvia and Estonia do away with the ‘non-citizen’ status of many of their residents, which is a disgrace in modern Europe. The report presents matters in such a way that it blames the hundreds of thousands of Russian-speaking inhabitants of those countries who are victims of discriminatory government policies for their lack of citizenship. This approach on the part of the authors of the report can’t be called anything other than a cynical fraud”.

Editor’s Note:

NO country has the right to sit in judgement on others, especially not the USA, which is almost the world’s champion in imprisonment (that dubious honour goes to the fanatically pro-US junta in Georgia). Indeed, the US imprisonment rate is far higher than that in Belarus, Russia, and China, for instance. When one considers the brutality and inhumanity of the Texas Department of Corrections, the State Department’s utter cynicism and hypocrisy becomes evident. The smarmy pietism shown by American pols does NOT disguise the horrid reality… the civilians killed in indiscriminate drone strikes, the years-long extralegal detention of “terrorists” in Guantánamo, the torture facilities operated secretly in American client states, or the bullying of weaker states for the benefit of Western oligarchs. I note that the State Department is silent concerning that. Who appointed the USA the moral guardian of the world? Hmm… yes, who? Do note the utter silence following that question, kids…

Yes… the American and NATO bombing of Libya was a naked and brutal act of aggression without any grounding in self-defence (Libya was a socialist state and that TERRIFIES the affluent effluent). I think that there’s a rogue state in the world at the head of an “axis of evil”… and it ISN’T Iran (it’s biggest cheerleader is Wafflin’ Willy, by the way)…

Foreign Ministry Believes that US Police Used Excessive Force Against Occupy Wall Street Demonstrators

_______________________________

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MID) believes that the US authorities used excessive force against “Occupy Wall Street” protestors, according to a statement from Konstantin Dolgov, MID Commissioner for Human Rights, Democracy, and the Rule of Law, posted on the ministry’s website on Tuesday. The protests spread after the initial “Occupy Wall Street” action, which began in New York on 17 September. Since then, similar demonstrations erupted in almost all major US cities, including Los Angeles, Miami, and Washington. Protesters slammed high unemployment, faulty government policies, and the actions of financial institutions, calling them “terrorist financing”, as well as objecting to the coddling of the richest Americans, who represent a miniscule segment of US society. Although the demonstrators are angered, they’re largely peaceful.

The statement said, “With regard to the official reaction of the authorities to these protests, including the federal government, it’s possible to detect inflexibility in their response, and, in some cases, an excessive use of force”. Dolgov went on to state that a majority of the protest actions occur peacefully, without violence and without illegal actions on the part of the protesters, yet, the news channels regularly show scenes of the violent breakup of Occupy campgrounds by law enforcement agencies and the use of excessive force against peaceful protestors.

The MID noted, “The US government and several Western European states, faced with a wave of protests, didn’t always act appropriately”, although it didn’t question the importance of ensuring public safety and the rule of law. It went on to state, “It’s clear that force alone doesn’t remove existing social problems and doesn’t satisfy the legitimate aspirations of the protesters. This’ll require a comprehensive amendment of national policies in the socio-economic and financial spheres, in the context of an increasingly unstable world economy”. The MID expressed its hope by saying, “The leadership of these states should amend their policies, to respond to the demands of these peaceful demonstrations, in strict accordance with international law and universally recognised norms of human rights and fundamental freedoms. We’ll continue to closely monitor this situation”.

Editor’s Note:

One can see why the Western media machine is trying to put a meaning to the Russian protests against the recent election that isn’t there. The Occupy Wall Street Movement has the Affluent Effluent SCARED. Therefore, they’re trying to show their domestic audiences that Russians support Neoliberal Libertarian Nihilism. No way… the Russian protestors are LEFTISTS (the main muscle behind the protests is the KPRF)… they DO NOT want a state modelled on the USA, with kowtowing to the Affluent Effluent and no protections or social safety net for ordinary folks. If they don’t like United Russia’s corruption, it’s clear that they don’t want a money-grubbing corrupt corporate structure like that found in the USA.

The Russian MVD was very restrained in comparison to American cops, but loud scummers such as Newt Gingrich, Rush Limbaugh, Jim DeMint, and Rick Perry egged on the US cops. The Russian and American demonstrators were equally forceful, yet peaceful. The AMERICAN cops overreacted… although, to be fair, in virtually all cases, the rightwing sludge ordered them to do so.

Remember this… the Occupy people all can vote… and they outnumber the Affluent Effluent. Is the Republican Party going to pull another “Florida manoeuvre” (remember the “hanging chads”)? In any case… all the polls show that Americans don’t want the Radical Right running the country (they don’t like Obama, either… but he’s the FAR lesser of the evils available). Do note this… Andrew Cuomo is the most hard-headed pol in the USA today… after he got a good dose of the Occupy Movement, he reinstated the “Millionaire Tax”… that’s a sign of the future… and it’s NOT the Tea Party… bet on “Red”, that’s where the smart money is…

Note to Russian Orthodox People:

You can stand behind His Holiness, who supports Social Justice… who quietly supports the KPRF demonstrators… or, you can stand behind Jonas Paffhausen, Victor Potapov, Patrick Henry Reardon, and John Whiteford, who support the Rightwing assault on human rights and decency. Do you want to follow the Cross, Social Justice, and the Red Banner? On the other hand, do you want to embrace Mammon, the “Invisible Hand of the Market”, and the Almighty Dollar? It’s your choice… do remember Our Lord Christ’s words… Whenever you’ve done this to the least of these, my brethren, you’ve done it unto me. That’s no ringing endorsement of “Greed is Good” Market Economics, is it?
