I’m working on the following idea while the weather in this part of the world is nice… why not record a CrossTalk episode in Crimea? This would really piss off the US State Department, the American embassy in Moscow, and Washington’s bitch in the Ukraine Poroshenko. What do you think?

Pushilin sez DNR Authorities Would do Their Utmost to See to it that the Death of Rossiya Segodnya Photojournalist Andrei Stenin was NOT in Vain

Today, a secular memorial and pannikhida for Rossiya Segodnya photojournalist Andrei Stenin, killed by junta aggressors last year, occurred in Nikiforov, near the DNR-LNR border. Local residents, DNR soldiers, friends, and colleagues of the deceased gathered at the site of his death. Vice Chairman of the DNR Peoples Soviet D V Pushilin, head of Molodaya Respublika (Young Republic) Sergei Kondrykinsky, Head of the Snezhkoe GMA* Valery Khlopenik, and head of the DNR Union of Journalists Viktor Petrenko gave eulogies for Stenin. Pushilin said, “We’ve gathered today to honour the memory of an outstanding journalist, Andrei Stenin. He broke through the informational blockade, but it cost him his life. To break this blockade has been and remains crucial to resolving this conflict. When the Ukrainians shower us with shells from all kinds of weapons, we remember Andrei’s heroism and the heroism of his colleagues”.

The people present laid flowers at a cross placed on the site where most people believe that Stenin died. Here, on a road leading to Nikiforov, near Snezhkoe, locals found Stenin’s burned car. The first information about it came out two weeks after his death, but didn’t receive official confirmation until September. Those at the memorial observed a moment of silence in Stenin’s memory. Pushilin noted, “We have to bring the war to its logical conclusion, to win a clear-cut victory, to do everything to make certain that his death, like so many others, wasn’t in vain. We fully understand what responsibility lies upon us. We must do everything possible to ensure that such crimes don’t continue to plague future generations. The death of Andrei Stenin was a hero’s death… we should bow to honour his memory”. Molodaya Respublika head Kondrykinsky continued in the same vein, “We’ll remember those who gave their lives to secure the victory”. In conclusion, local officials gave their condolences to Stenin’s family, relatives, and friends.

Andrew Stenin, a Rossiya Segodnya photojournalist, died a year ago in the Novorossiya warzone whilst carrying out his professional duties. According to the SK RF, as confirmed by Rossiya Segodnya director D K Kiselyov, junta aggressors fired on Stenin’s car on 6 August 2014. Later on, a junta MLRS strike burned the disabled car. President V V Putin posthumously awarded Andrei Stenin the Order of Courage.

Memorial in Donetsk to Pervy Kanal Cameraman Anatoly Klyan Killed Last Year in the DNR

Today colleagues and journalists honoured the memory of Russian Pervy Kanal TV cameraman Anatoly Klyan, one year after his tragic death in the warzone in the DNR. On the first floor of the Government House, there was a poster with Klyan’s portrait. Nearby, a candle burned. Members of the media stood in silence and laid red carnations near the poster. Viktor Petrenko, the head of First Republic Channel (PRK), said, “In time, the DNR Union of Journalists and VGTRK will install a memorial plaque to honour Anatoly. We’ll inscribe the names of all the journalists killed covering the war here on the same plaque”. Pervy Kanal sound tech Timofei Generalov said, “Those of us who were his colleagues could tell you about Anatoly, who spent more than forty years as a cameraman, so we can say that we appreciate the remembrance and consideration that DNR people are showing to a person dear to us. Today, our channel showed a story about Anatoly. In future stories, we’ll supplement it with a presentation on the planned memorial plaque at the Government House”. LifeNews correspondent Semyon Pegov said, “Reporting the death of Anatoly caused a real stir amongst us journalists. To tell the truth, Donetsk wasn’t the hottest spot in the Republic then. However, Anatoly was a victim of in this lawless war, where they shoot at journalists and doctors. We’ll always remember and mourn him, as we remember and mourn all of our colleagues who died doing their professional duty, like Igor Kornelyuk and Artyom Voloshin, and others”. 68-year-old Anatoly Klyan died in the night of 30 June 2014, when junta forces shelled a bus carrying journalists. He worked as a TV cameraman for over 40 years. During this time, he filmed stories in hundreds of places, including in areas of military operations… Yugoslavia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. A decree issued by President of the Russian Federation V V Putin posthumously awarded him the Order of Courage.

Victor Potapov worked (or still works) for Radio Liberty as a responsible middle-level manager (he has or had a “red” official passport)… let’s not be coy, RL is the CIA’s misinformation outlet aimed at Russia. Potapov must condemn this false accusation and oppose all those who support it (especially, the Republican opponents of Holy Rus… after all, they uphold the Uniate terrorists operating in the Ukraine). Otherwise, he and other fellow travellers such as Paffhausen, Whiteford, Dreher, and Webster stand convicted of Treachery and Treason in the First Degree to Holy Rus and to the Church.

Shall Potapov et al stand for the Truth? Or, shall they support the amoral godless neocon Republican filth? Quo vadis? We’ll see what these Quislings are truly made of, won’t we?
