A Devotional Cross Given by the People of St Petersburg to the DNR as a Symbol of their Friendship Dedicated in Gorlovka

Today, in Gorlovka, a devotional cross donated by the people of St Petersburg to the DNR had its official dedication. The cross is near the entrance to the city, near the *Maiorsk checkpoint. The acting Head of the Gorlovka GGA* Ivan Prikhodko, President of the St. Petersburg NGO “Shumbrat” Sergei Artemov, clergy, public officials, and activists of the public movement “Donetsk Republic” attended the dedication ceremony. In all, about 50 people gathered for the event. Prikhodko said:

We looked forward to this event; we dedicated this cross today. I thank the people of St Petersburg. We want this cross to be a symbol of our faith in victory.

The cross came from the “Northern Capital” a few days ago, then, workmen put it up. The cross is a token of friendship from the people of St Petersburg symbolising the close ties between the DNR and the Russian Federation. Artemov told the media:

Our metropolitan blessed our placing of this cross in your Republic. Then, I wrote a letter to D V Pushilin and received a positive response. We created this cross at our expense; the people of St Petersburg sincerely support your people and wish you peace.

The cross is 6-metres-tall and is made of Siberian larch. It has an overhead covering and the base incorporates debris from houses destroyed in the fascist shelling of Gorlovka. Metropolitan Mitrofan Nikitin of Gorlovka and Slavyansk led the dedication ceremony. He thanked those who brought this gift and noted the significance of what the cross symbolised. The city officials emphasised that the cross would be a symbol of peace in the Donbass, and a memorial of the civilians killed in the fascist aggression.

I’d note that the Metropolitan of St Petersburg is Varsonofy Sudakov… perhaps, the person closest to HH himself. That is, if Varsonofy blesses this cross, HH blesses this cross. It means that HH blesses the Peoples Republics in the Donbass and blesses the socialism found there. This means that rightwing filth like Victor Potapov and Ilarion Alfeyev are going against HH in attacking the leftist legacy of the USSR. Do note that Potapov and Alfeyev began their attacks on the person of I V Stalin after Hillary Clinton started her anti-Russia rants. Potapov, formerly a paid CIA propagandist, revealed his true colours. Alfeyev revealed that he’s a running dog of the West, not a loyal son of the Rodina. They proved themselves pro-American traitorous scum. As a friend told me:

We know what these men say and why they say it. It’s the wheat and the tares. The time for reaping will come, though.

If you read attacks on the legacy of the USSR by Potapov and Alfeyev, be aware that HH doesn’t share their venom. After all, didn’t he give condolences to the Castro family? The time of reckoning for these disloyal rightwing fanatics will come…

28 May 2015. What the Church Thinks of the Soviet System and of the Free Market… Fr Vsevolod Speaks!

Fr Vsevolod, along with Metropolitan Varsonofy Sudakov and Archbishop Mark Golovkov, is part of the “inner cabinet” around HH. HH, if you remember, willingly cooperated with the foreign intelligence arm of the KGB as the vicious and barbaric inequality in the West disgusted him (as it would any decent human being). The Church blesses Soviet communalism… it condemns Me First narcissistic Crapitalism! That’s why the Church blesses the Peoples Republics in the former eastern Ukraine.

There are many in diaspora Orthodoxy who want to ally the Church with the most feral, selfish, vicious, and brutal factions of the US Republican Party (or the Liberal Party in Australia or the Conservative Party in Canada and the UK). They’re in the wrong 100 percent. HH is tight bros with the Castros. ‘Nuff said… he doesn’t hang around godless filth like Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, Antonin Scalia (“Mr Torture”), Rick Santorum, or Lil’ Mizz Sarah (or any other Republican greedster fraudster). Keep that in mind the next time you read rants by Rod Dreher, Victor Potapov, Jonas Paffhausen, Josiah Trenham, Patrick Reardon, Elijah Borek, or anyone like them. They’re trying to influence you to support a political faction that not only opposes the Church’s ethos, they want you to support a faction that wants to rip apart the ancestral motherland so that papists and sectarians can run riot. Nice people, aren’t they?

You read what Fr Vsevolod said… you know what these other jabronies say… it’s up to you to choose. Those are the two choices… there are no others…

Mollard Ends Trip to Russia… Oddest Ad Limina That I’ve Ever Seen

Read this. I’ve never seen such an odd ad limina visit. Whilst he was in Petersburg, Mollard did nothing major. On Monday, HH and Varsonofy blessed a reconstructed church at Tsarkoe Selo. VVP and Lavrov were there… Mollard and his delegation weren’t. HH handed out awards… Mollard and his delegation didn’t get any. Mollard had only one major event in eight days of his visit… the concelebration in Moscow. Otherwise, NOTHING of major import occurred… or, at least, nothing of major import surfaced in media reports. It seemed to underline the insignificance of the OCA… HH left Mollard in Moscow, and went off to Kaliningrad on pastoral business. They kept Mollard out of all major events, except for the singular instance of the Moscow Kremlin concelebration. I’ll bet that the Centre picked up the bill for this. The very lack of reportage suggests that both Yustinian the Poof and Paffhausen the Great were on the agenda. If I had to guess, that’s what I’d think. I’ve never seen the like before… and it may never happen again. Pass the jug… reporting on diaspora Orthodoxy is NEVER boring…

Mollard Served Liturgy at OCA Podvorie… Went to Piter… To Leave the Rodina Tomorrow

Mollard took the train to Piter, Varsonofy Sudakov met him at the station… as did the American Consul (do you notice how Mollard always kisses ass with American officialdom? Now, that’s Sergianism!). Mollard visited the Aleksandr Nevsky Lavra, but there’s no other details available. This trip produced virtually NOTHING of a public nature. Mollard met with no government figure, let alone VVP or Medvedev. Literally, it’s been nothing but a tourist junket… externally. It did NOTHING to add lustre to Mollard’s stature… quite the opposite. Was that the point? God alone knows. Mollard served liturgy at the OCA podvorie in Moscow, but no local bishop concelebrated. The only local present of any note was Fr Nikolai Balashov, the effectual head of the MP Synodal Department for External Church Relations (OVTsS). That’s not the usual script for a visit of a First Hierarch of a Local Church. This is a signal to Bart… the status of the OCA is negotiable, but the MP will NOT kowtow to Bart publicly, nor will it give on the issue without Bart giving in on issues of Moscow’s concern (rolling up its opposition candy stores in the Baltics, stopping its interference in the Ukraine, and cutting off the Parisian Russians… interest in the last was shown by HH marking the 80th birthday of V N Tiesenhausen and giving him an award). Of course, the Centre doesn’t trust Bart… but it believes that it can do business with him, as the Centre does have the whip hand.
