Han Hong is a very popular singer in China… her father was Han, her mother was Tibetan. She’s all class… the first song is The Road to Heaven, about the Qinzang Railway from Xining in Qinhai to Lhasa in Tibet… a railway cut through some of the most difficult terrain on earth. Free Market? No way… socialism still rules in China… Socialism is Good, as the old song has it. Shila Amzah, from Malaysia, has tons of fans in the PRC, so, she sings many songs in the local languages. Tseten Dolma is of a previous generation, being born in 1937; she came from an ordinary peasant family… the Communist toppling of the feudal government allowed her the opportunity to study and be a performer. Don’t listen to embittered refugees… many of them were from the old privileged classes. The coming of the commies was GOOD NEWS to many ordinary folk… ponder that.
The Sinosphere, the Ummahsphere, and the Orthosphere are friends… they don’t need the bratty Anglosphere…
