22 April 2018. This is What Trump and Clinton Applaud in Yemen

________________________

Both Trump and Clinton accept this “as the cost of doing business”. BOTH. There’s no difference between the two of them, really. Both only care about their boodle bags and how much money they can glom out of a given situation. Look at your children or grandchildren. Realise that Trump and Hillary would kill them in an instant if it meant money in their pocket. Yes… both of them are evil and amoral monsters. Neither one of them cares about you and yours.

I guess that makes me a “Russian troll”… humanity doesn’t count for shit anymore, apparently. By the way… one last thing… did you notice that the media is using the acronym FUKUS for the Western coalition? It’s appropriate, isn’t it?

Five REAL Stories Hidden From View by “Russiagate”

You can believe this bullshit or you can believe the truth… it’s up to you. By the way… over the years, Soviet and Russian diplomats and journalists showed great courtesy and consideration to Ms Waters… this is how she repays friendship. This is how all Anglo Americans and their allies act. Never turn your back on an American… they’re false to the core and only care for their own advancement. You’ll regret doing otherwise…

The mainstream media ignored key developments whilst peddling nonsense about Russia. With increasingly illogical, contradictory, and downright insane Russiagate stories dominating the headlines, here are some important stories you may have missed.

Saudi Arabia’s War on Yemen

Saudi Arabia confirmed that missiles fired from the Houthi-backed Yemeni government hit near the Saudi capital of Riyadh. The strike came as Donald Trump visited the Wahhabi Kingdom on a trip that includes a visit to Israel. According to so-called Saudi activist Jassem bin Mohammed:

A huge explosion shook (the) Riyadh area before Trump’s visit amidst panic, fear, and rumours that this was a Yemeni ballistic missile, and it comes right before the arrival of the American guest (Trump), and this is the message they wanted to deliver to us.

With American and British assistance, Saudi Arabia bombs Yemen in a war that caused massive civilian casualties, infrastructural collapse in Yemen, and mass starvation from a man-made famine. Reports also surfaced that cholera broke out in the besieged state.

America Attacks Syria Again

The USA confirmed an air-to-ground attack on a convoy in southern Syria. The strike near a small US-coalition base in at-Tanf targeted a convoy that Syria said comprised soldiers from the Syrian Arab Army (SAA), the National Defence Forces (NDF), Hizbullah, and the Imam Al-‘Ali Battalion. The USA continues to quote jihadist rhetoric by claiming that the troops were Iranian when in fact they included Syrians, Lebanese, Iraqis, and possibly an unconfirmed contingent of Iranian irregulars. Russia condemned the attack whilst Syria referred to it as government terrorism.

One Belt–One Road

A historic conference between heads of state and government in Beijing dominated the early part of the week, where countries as diverse as China, Russia, Turkey, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and Pakistan (to name a few) participated in a forum where leaders expressed their commitment to one of the largest logistics, trade, and commerce projects in modern history. The Chinese-spearheaded initiative seeks to create modern land and sea trade corridors linking East Asia to Africa and Eurasia to Europe. This groundbreaking project could shift the balance of world economic power, but the western mainstream media totally ignored it.

US Military Leaders Softening Tone On Russia

As Russiagate dominates the domestic media circus, US Defence Secretary James “Mad Dog” Mattis and Joint Chiefs Chairman Marine General Joseph Dunford said that the USA is eager to engage in a process they call “deconflict”.  According to General Dunford, both Russia and America are keen on minimising any conflict between the two sides in order to focus on fighting ISIS around Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor.

Saudi Weapons Deal

The United States is about to finalise the sale of military hardware to Saudi Arabia in a deal said to be worth 110 Billion USD (6.25 billion Roubles. 757.12 billion Renminbi. 7.1 trillion INR. 148.67 billion CAD. 147.32 billion AUD. 98.2 billion Euros. 84.53 billion UK Pounds). Reports say that Ivanka Trump’s husband Jared Kushner personally intervened to seal the deal. Far from breaking with the time-tested US tradition of selling the Saudis expensive weapons systems that their poorly-trained army can barely operate, the Trump administration is keen to use the deal as a symbolic expression of US commitment to the Gulf states’ continued aggressive posturing towards Iran. Of course, this came on the eve of Trump’s visit to Saudi Arabia.

Iran Would Destroy the KSA If Riyadh Does Anything “Ignorant”

________________________

Following the Saudi Deputy Crown Prince’s comments about moving the battle to Iran, Defence Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan said if the Saudis do anything stupid, the Iranian forces would hit back and destroy the entire kingdom… apart from Mecca and Medina. On Sunday, Dehqan gave the warning in an interview broadcast on Arabic-language al-Manar TV in response to remarks made by Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who said any battle between Riyadh and Tehran would take place on Iranian soil. Prince Mohammed said:

We’d work to have the battle in Iran rather than in Saudi Arabia.

Dehqan said:

We warn them against doing anything ignorant, but if they do something ignorant, we’d leave nowhere untouched apart from Mecca and Medina.

He referred to the Saudi bombing campaign in Yemen… in which over 12,000 people have died… and said the Saudis think they can do anything because they have an air force.

On Tuesday, Mohammed bin Salman, who is also the KSA’s Defence Minister, ruled out ties with Iran after Tehran announced the possibility of de-escalation of tensions if Riyadh halts its war against Yemen. He emphasised that talks with Iran were impossible, as Tehran’s goal was to “control the Muslim world”. The prince made the remarks after Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said the Islamic Republic was ready to normalise ties with Riyadh if the KSA halted its bombardment of Yemen and stopped supporting extremist groups.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, an Iranian Armed Forces spokesman dismissed the recent Saudi Deputy Crown Prince’s remarks, noting that Riyadh is implementing hostile policies fomented by the USA and Israel in the region. On Wednesday, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qassemi said that Prince Mohammed’s remarks prove that the KSA follows “confrontational and destructive policies” in the region and towards Tehran. The KSA has incessantly pounded Yemen since March 2015 in an attempt to bring back to power the resigned president, Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, a staunch ally of Riyadh, and to undermine the Ansarullah movement. However, the Riyadh régime failed to reach its goals despite great expense on its part.

Lavrov Sez USA Uses Hypocritical Double Standard in Yemen and the Ukraine

00 Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Iranian counterpart Ali Akbar Salehi. 06.12

______________________________

On Thursday, Minister of Foreign Affairs S V Lavrov said at a press conference that American approaches towards ousted Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi and former Ukrainian President V F Yanukovich represent double standards, saying, “I have to use a much-employed cliché… its obvious double standards, but we clearly didn’t want either what’s happening in the Ukraine, nor what’s happening in Yemen”.

On Wednesday, a Saudi Arabian-led coalition, which includes Bahrain, Qatar, and Egypt, launched airstrikes against Houthi rebel positions in Yemen following a request by Hadi. The USA isn’t participating in the military operation, but agreed to provide logistical and intelligence support. Yemen has been in political turmoil since Houthi rebels took control of Sanaa, the capital, and ousted President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi in late January. Currently, Houthi fighters are battling government troops in the central part of the country, whilst al-Qaeda militants make advances in the south. On 12 February, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said that Yemen was sitting on the brink of collapse amidst continuing violence in the country.

Lavrov said, “These games played out in confrontations between Sunnis and Shiites are very dangerous. There’s no other solution for Yemen apart from renewing negotiations, which were in process, mediated by the Special Representative of the UN General Secretariat. We insist on this, we hope that other countries involved in the Yemen situation in one way or another will act accordingly”.
