Look at His Nibs and how he HONOURS the vets of the RKKA of the VOV at a Pannikhida for all those who fell in the war fighting for our Great Russian Motherland and the Soviet Union! Many of the ROCOR people opening their mouths about the Church supporting the NATO aggression against Libya are from families that collaborated with the Nazis… that is, they were traitors to their country, they bore arms against their brothers; moreover, they were supporters of those who believed us to be subhumans.

It’s come to my attention that the usual cast of suspects (most probably the Mouth of the South (Whiteford), the Wicked Wizard of the West (Lebedeff), and the Beltway Commando (Potapov)) are claiming that the MP supports the Neoliberal Corporatist aggression against Libya.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Look at this image:

That’s Fr Vsevolod Chaplin, the Head of the MP Department of Church and Society (the closest confidant to His Nibs) confabbing on coordinating common action of the Church with the Party with Gennady Andreyevich Zyuganov, the General Secretary of the KPRF… the Church cooperates with the Party, and has done so since the times of the American-backed Neoliberal attacks against the MP (especially in the Ukraine) in the Nasty ‘90s. THIS IMAGE IS PROOF OF THAT… THE RIGHTWINGERS HAVE NO SUCH IMAGES TO SHOW YOU, FOR THEY’RE LYING TO YOU. The Church does NOT cooperate with unpatriotic rightwing dollar-worshipping slimers such as Chubais and Kasparov (and it didn’t cooperate with the American lick-spittle Gaidar, either). I should point up that two of the paladins named above (Victor Potapov and Alexander Lebedeff) were enthusiastic supporters of Vitaly Ustinov’s crackbrained plan to plant parishes of the ROCOR in the former USSR after ’91, in direct opposition to the MP, knifing the Church in the Rodina in the back, with, I’m told from several sources, support from the American special services (Potapov is (or was) a high US government functionary at VOA/RL/BBG with a “red” official passport). That is, the people floating the thesis that the MP’s supporting the Neocon aggression in Libya are trying a crude attempt at CYA (I’ve heard that the zapadnik traitor Alfeyev has made some ambiguous statements to please his Western friends, but that’s all).
If all that wasn’t enough, in addition, don’t forget that Jonas Paffhausen refused to meet with a bishop of the confessing UOC/MP when that hierarch was in NYC opening an exhibition with the express blessing and permission of Metropolitan Vladimir Sabodan of Kiev and all the Ukraine, the First Hierarch of the UOC/MP. In short, these people are trying to tell you that the Church supports the godless Mammon-worshipping ideology of the New GOP. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Look at the images below… they PROVE that the Church not only doesn’t support the evil programme of the Neoliberal Free Marketers… it stands four-square against it!

His Nibs has called the Free Market an utter fraud and he’s called for the immediate and unconditional lifting of the economic blockade against Cuba. If you hear ANYONE claim that the MP supports the evil Ayn Rand-rants of the New GOP, they’re lunatics… the facts say otherwise! Look at what His Nibs has said:
A unipolar world based on the hegemony of one political centre isn’t viable. It seems to me, today, that Russia, along with a number of other states, in particular, those in the SCO, defends the idea of multipolarity, calling for the existence of a multiplicity of power centres in order to create a proper balance, to ensure the safety of our planet. We recognise that Cuba is in difficult economic straits due to the economic blockade. We’ve repeatedly said that the American blockade of Cuba is utterly unjust. On the one hand, material consumption is a natural human desire… if a man doesn’t care about it; he would die. This need is embedded in our instincts… we eat, drink, dress, and take care to propagate our race. We do this for human survival, and, in any case, the Church doesn’t take an aloof and moralistic stance, “Oh, don’t worry about this”. Today, this is especially true, when there are so many poor people in our societies, those who are malnourished, who don’t have enough money for most necessities of life. I’m not talking about education, health care, holidays, or a full cultural life, but the Church can’t say, “You know, it’s all bad”. However, what has the Church stood against, what does it stand against, and what will it always stand against? It opposes what the Fathers called the “lust of the flesh”, when mankind is dominated by consumption. At that point, lust (and lust is a disease that’s a violation of internal balance) becomes dominant in a person. Such a person cares only about materialism; they have no spiritual dimension. It is important that people, especially today, remember the overwhelming words of Our Saviour, “What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his soul?” We must write this in gold letters, and hang them in every room, especially the rooms of rich people. For what shall it profit a man to gain the whole world, but destroy his own soul? That is why the Church must set itself into people’s minds, and why it must say what it must naturally, with love, not stepping back, not looking down on those who live in poverty, but in solidarity with poor people, to proclaim moral values. Then, nobody would accuse the Church of sanctimonious hypocrisy, but would attend to the preaching of the Church. This exhortation is now crucial for the survival of our civilisation; the consumer psychology and the lust of the flesh are not viable… they destroy the spiritual dimension of life, and turn human beings into animals.

The modern economy is built largely on fraud; it creates money out of thin air. Money is a token of human labour and of our God-given resources, such as coal, ore, and oil, along with our intelligence, physical labour, culture, and spirituality. However, every company produces its own money in the form of shares, which passes onto the secondary market, they’re not just simple securities; they’re traded and used as items of speculation. If these mere phantasms earn billions, not even backed by labour or real capital, then, how can such an economy exist? Who is going to pay for all of this? Why, the simple worker is going to, who produces the value behind all of this bubble. We need a fair economic system where money and capital are equivalent and are the expression of real work.

The loudmouths claiming that the MP supports the NATO aggression are liars, pure and simple. They’ve no images to show you… they’ve no quotes to give you… they’re projecting their greedy rightwing notions onto the Church, and that’s NOT RIGHT! Remember this… the Communist Party stood tall for the Church when the Uniate and schismatic slimers attacked it at the behest of the USA. I seem to recall Potapov saying in the ‘90s, when Patriarch Aleksei received an honorary degree from Georgetown, that he was nothing but a hireling of the FSB and KGB. These people have changed their stories more often than they’ve changed their gotchies. Look at the truth, and you’ll know that they’re crook. The Church does NOT support the NATO invasion of Libya or any other Neoliberal fantasy, for that matter. It opposes the “lust of the flesh” that lies at the heart of the Free Market monster.
It does take all kinds, but this is ridiculous. You can stand for His Holiness and social justice… or, you can stand for the Three Stooges and their apologia for rightwing greed and lust for power. You can’t have both; they’re mutually exclusive. I know where I stand… choose well…
THIS is what I choose… I support the free people of Cuba, and I’m proud that my Church stands tall for them, too… they DON’T back the bullying of the NATO/IMF Gestapo ruffians in Libya… ’nuff said!
